Maddalena Fanconi founded a unique and revolutionary studio in the USA which embraces the Italian heritage of the Renaissance Bottega, a workshop where artists, craftsmen and designers collaborate and exchange ideas, resulting in new techniques and approaches to art and design. 

As in the past the Bottega/Studio is headed by a master artist or craftsman, who is responsible for the design and execution of the work, and who trains and supervises the crew.

It is a place where skills, technical knowledge, taste and design principles bears to pieces of magnificent artistry and craft.
